Privacy & Safety

STORE POLICY

We want every customer to be happy with their purchase, due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges of any kind. All orders are final. Please know we are not responible for lost or stolen packages. We do our very best to hand wrap each and every package carefully for shipment. If you ever receive a damaged item upon arrival, please reach out immediately with the following information:

 

-All claims must be received via email at ( INFO@DELOTRR.COM ) within 48 hours of the delivery of your order. Once you have waited past 48 hours no assistance will be provided.

 

-The email should include your first and last name, a photo of what you received, your order number, the tracking # for your return & a description of your issue. A photo of your order is mandatory.

 

-All damaged items & wrong items must be returned to ( 4301 Brookfield DR Sacramento Ca, 95823. ) in order to receive a replacement. All damaged items must be returned at your expense. 

 

- Your replacement items will not ship until your damaged or wrong items have been returned. Wrong items must be returned unused and in good condition in order to receive a replacement item.

 

-All customers will have 10 days after the date of the filed claim to return their items. Once 10 days has passed no further assistance will be provided. This policy is only eligible for damaged or incorrect items. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our requirements. 

 

Please be aware:

-Failure to follow these polices will make you ineligible to receive a replacement.  

-We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

-We reserve the right to refuse illegitimate claims.

-We reserve the right to refuse future service.  

-Purchasing Delotor's Natural products means that you have read & agreed to these terms and conditions listed above.

SHIPPING POLICY

Our goal is to ensure each package arrives safely and unharmed. Each package is hand wrapped with love & care. international shipping is not available at this time. Orders typically take 3 - 5 separate business days not including weekend days to be processed before shipment. The date in which you receive your order confirmation is not the date your order will ship. If your tracking has not updated 48 hours after your shipment date, please contact USPS directly for assistance. Once the order is processed and ready for shipment it will take 3 - 7 business days not including weekend days for each package to reach its destination. Please remember all orders take a total of 12 business days not including weekend days or holidays to reach its destination. Once you order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email. Please refer to your confirmation email for tracking and delivery information. All packages are shipped through a third party such as USPS. Once a package has shipped Delotor is no longer in control of the shipping environment, speed of shipment or the updating of your tracking. If you have a question about your tracking or shipping contact USPS for assistance. If you have placed an order during a weekend or holiday season your order could be slightly delayed. Delotor is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
